Refund policy

Every Serene Akkawi piece is made to order especially for you and is therefore final sale — we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. If you're unsure about sizing or any details, please reach out through our Contact page before ordering and we'll be glad to help.

Import duties & taxes: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are collected from you, the recipient, by the carrier on delivery and are not included in your order total.

Refused or returned packages: Shipping is complimentary on all orders. If a package is refused or returned to us because import duties or taxes were not paid, the shipping costs we covered — both the outbound delivery and the return — will be deducted from any refund that may be due.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery through our Contact page so we can put it right.
