Each piece is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. This allows us to focus on form, material, and finish without compromise.

Production typically takes 4-6 weeks.

Once completed, your order is shipped via FedEx International Priority from Jordan.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Delivery timelines vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

A tracking number will be provided once your order leaves our studio.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Orders are shipped internationally from Jordan.

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package, as all shipments require a signature.

Every piece is made to order for you, so all sales are final — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If something is not right with your piece, we will make it right. See Repairs and Replacements.

If your piece arrives with a defect, or an issue appears over time, please write to contact@sereneakkawi.com with your order number and a few photos. We will arrange the return shipping together, and repair or replace your piece.
